Hi Zoe, I'm so glad you enjoyed the article and I really hope you find some of the ideas and other resources helpful! My only additional tips would be: 1. Give it a little bit of time before evaluating, especially on Wim Hof- I saw the most noticeable improvements starting after a week of cold showers and ice baths. From what I read in Hof's book, it takes at least a few days to overcome the shock and tone your vascular system, and that definitely matched my experience. Once I hit about a minute in the cold shower, my scalp started tingling and that's when some wonderful sleep started. 2. I would also say I tested for food sensitivities and adjusted my diet before doing all else, which made the other changes easier to adopt.
