Yes, diet is a great place to start. If you're able to see a nutritionist or functional medicine doctor, they can probably give you a clearer sense of which foods trigger inflammation for you in particular and what supplements you may need most. But a general anti-inflammatory diet (no sugar, processed foods, dairy) was a great starting point for me.
