Thanks so much for reading and sharing, Tom! So cool that you discovered wild foods for yourself 50 years ago. I'm a bit in between- I still live in cities an try to do whatever foraging I can and find Farmer's Markets wherever possible. When I was home, my Mom and I followed James Wong and grew a few crops chosen for nutrients/flavor, but it's hard to find space in cities. Thanks for the additional advice and ideas and - if you're still in Canada with access to so much wildlife - you're enjoying every day of it :)
